How am I helping and contributing in helping wolves.

When you purchase an item from Whimsical Wolf 10% of net profits are donated directly to the Wolf Conservation Center (www.nywolf.org).

What is the expected time to receive my item(s)?

Typically to process the order takes 1-3 days, and 3-5 days to be shipped. Certain factors will determine how fast it will take, like distance where package is going to, weekend orders, and out of stock items which we send to production and can take 7-10 days.

Why is there so many patterns of shirts?

The wolf is the direct decendant of the dog dating back some 15,000 years ago. Since then there are many different types of dogs. Having many patterns, it represents the many different dogs that are in the world.

We are NOT a dropship company for 99% of our products.

We take pride that our production and shipping is all done in house. The only drop ship products are our phone cases and coffee mugs which are shipped out of a distribution center in the USA. This can take 7-10 days. All clothing and apparel are done in house.

Will I be able to track my order?

Yes! The wolves will be out with the pack tracking your order. Instead of letting you know with a howl, they will send you emails. Emails will be sent when you purchased, when it was processed, and when it was shipped along with a tracking number through the USPS.

What kind of payments do you receive?

We accept MasterCard, Visa, JCB, Discover, American Express and Paypal.

What if I made a mistake with my order?

Since orders are processed from 12-36 hours the sooner the better so it can be corrected. Since we package and process on site it will be easier to correct the order as oppose to other companies who use a third party to handle such responsibilities which take longer.

What is your Return Policy?

We apologize if your not happy with your purchase, and we will try to rectify it any way we can. If your item is defected please email us at  info@whimsicalwolf.net within 5 days of receiving the product. Returns on sizes must be unwashed, new, free of stains and odors which at that time will be replaced once the original size is returned.
